Programme Objectives
This course is designed to provide practical insight into the key elements of successful balance sheet management. This course covers the essential building blocks of a bank balance sheet and all the techniques involved in managing the risks created theirin.
It is intended to bring together all relevant mangement involved in the decision making process together with senior staff responsible for the provision of information and support analysis. As such, it is a cours for all key business executives rather than just the Treasury or ALCO members.
